Job Description
- Design and refine user interfaces for a variety of digital products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, copywriters, and product managers, to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and provide an inclusive user experience.
- Will participate in User Research to support design efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- 7 years of experience in product design or user experience design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and initiate design-related improvements.
- Proficiency in design software like Figma, and skilled in prototyping and creating user flows.
- Experience with multiple platforms, including web and mobile applications.
- Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
- User research experience
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
