- Support operational efficiency through understanding of company software and business processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of Company software programs, business strategies, and operational needs. Research, analyze, and recommend fiscally responsible solutions with the aim of maximizing communication, integrating systems, facilitating efficient and effective operational processes, and producing accurate reporting and management of data.
- Support process redesign for increased efficiency.
- Create reports with insights on business performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership to support data-driven decisions.
- Proactively anticipate, produce, and provide reports to Executive Leadership which support recommendations, accurately reflect business performance, and include detailed and informed analytical conclusions.
- Continually evaluate, design, test, and implement changes to business applications to meet end-user requirements, and with business process design that facilitates more efficient and workable solutions for the team.
- Support project implementation of various software platforms
- Help implement solutions to improve systems integration and data management.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing business application improvements.
- Assist with navigating ambiguous or conflicting work processes and identify ways to solve these challenges.
- Act as primary point-of-contact for system troubleshooting and resolving reported problems.
- Track issues and identify trends in end user issues, then initiate training and other solutions to improve user performance. Consult with stakeholders on training materials.
- Assess system change requests and assist in developing solutions that consider broader business impact.
- Document and communicate technical changes effectively across teams.
- Provide technical support for business systems. Track user issues and help develop training materials.
- Anticipate future system needs; ensure documentation of system operations, changes, maintenance, and rules; seek opportunities to improve efficiencies.

- 2 years business systems/analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Experience in project coordination and systems implementation
- Ability to translate business requirements into solutions
- Experience in data analysis and report creation
- Knowledge of Excel, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Familiarity with CRM and Document Management Systems
- Basic IT support capabilities
