Company Description

Relentless Recovery is a high volume Collateral Recovery Agency servicing all of Ohio. Due to this growth, we are now interviewing mature, responsible people with clean driving records.

Job Description

  1. This position provides administrative support to the HR department and assists with payroll processing.

  2. Essential Functions

  3. Perform customer service functions by answering phone calls and employee questions.

  4. Assist with new employee background checks.

  5. Update employee records and process paperwork for new hires, terminations and other status changes.

  6. Create new employee personnel files and file papers and documents into appropriate employee files.

  7. Perform employment verifications.

  8. Prepare, scan, mail, or fax correspondence.

  9. Assist HR department with special projects.

  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

  2. Must be able to maintain strict levels of confidentiality

  3. Must be able to quickly learn new software including HRIS systems

  4. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

  5. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

  6. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and be able to improve performance through management feedback

  7. 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred

Additional Information

Must be able to pass a background check.
