Position: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Watertown
POSITION SUMMARY:
POSITION SUMMARY: The Infrastructure Engineer role combines elements of network administration, system administration, and security analysis. Responsibilities include administering, maintaining, and supporting Reliabank’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, proactively addressing security challenges, and designing systems with security in mind. The goal of all these tasks is to provide best of class service to our employees, and in turn, our customers.
This role works closely with the IT Help Desk team to address escalated issues and provide expert-level support. In addition, this role serves as the organization’s physical security officer.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ACCOUNTABILITY 1: Tier 2 User Support / Help Desk Coverage
ACCOUNTABILITY 2: Network & System Administration
ACCOUNTABILITY 3: Security Analysis
ACCOUNTABILITY 4: Security Officer
ACCOUNTABILITY 5: Vendor Management, Audit, & Other Duties.
