We are seeking a skilled Construction Accountant/Contract Manager to join our team.

Must possess expertise in various accounting functions and possess knowledge of financial software and AIA.

• Heavy AIA is a requirement.

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation tasks

- Manage debits and credits entries accurately

- Prepare financial statements

- Handle account reconciliation processes

- Strong understanding of account analysis, debits, credits, and account reconciliation

- Proficiency in financial accounting principles and corporate finance concepts

- Familiarity with budgeting processes in a business setting

Bachelor's Degree or higher required in Accounting.
