The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for exceeding customers' expectations. No experience is preferred, we offer paid training and provide company vehicles and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service our customers with garage doors repairs, maintenance, and replacement
• Closing sales for garage door repair and installation services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain and manage company van, tools, and inventory
• Present product and service offerings to customers and provide accurate price quotes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are net and resolve and issues that arise.
• Load vehicle with the proper inventory
• Perform a complete inspection of the service vehicle prior to each daily use

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to lift up to 85 pounds without assistance
• Precious sales experience a plus
• Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

Pay: Our technicians earn $70k – $140K annually through our commission structure
