WE ARE HIRING an Activity Director/Guide: We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, Activity Director to join our team at The Cottages at Rockmart. Our campus offers a new culture for skilled nursing * REAL HOME * MEANINGFUL LIFE * EMPOWERED STAFFING *

This position is unique and will also serve as a Guide for one of the Cottages. (**Applicant must be willing to enroll in GHCA training course in order to obtain State Certificate. Facility will assist with registration and certification process.) Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate Activities - help coordinate and organize activities, encouraging participation for resident’s in each Cottage based on their individual interests.
• Communicate/Document – observe, communicate and document resident conditions relative to Activities in MDS.
• Operational Guide – support staff in assigned Cottage; ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
