CLASSIFICATION: Purchase Card Coordinator

GRADE: Non-Exempt; Regular Full-Time

LOCATION: Bldg. 955, Eglin AFB, FL – On Site

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position handles the accounts payable receiving process for purchase order materials and services. Responsible for all aspects of the RT&T procurement card account.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Primary duties include all administrative duties associated with the procurement card account to include issuance and renewal of cards, documentation for fraud tracking, vendor W9s and banking information.
• Accounts payable duties include verifying packing slips to ensure correct quantities and part numbers were received by logistics.
• Verifying completion & acceptance of all services invoiced by vendor.
• Reviews open invoices folder weekly to track shipments.
• Analyzes packing slip/PO for discrepancies and determines if additional action is required.
• Mailing of live checks and final check package review, scanning, & filing.

OTHER DUTIES: Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor as necessary to support contract/mission support requirements in job-related areas.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months related accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced commercial computer software skills are preferred. Costpoint experience desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and communications skills are required (written and verbal).
• Excellent typing and data entry skills are required.
• Self-Starter, with ability to multi-task.
• Requires a high level of professionalism and work ethic.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires successful completion of a National Agency Check, with Investigation (NACI). Supports E-OMS operational objectives. Observes company Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security and Administrative policies; supports Process Improvement.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work activities are normally performed in an environmentally controlled area in an office setting on Eglin AFB, FL.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position will be subject to substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; and requires very limited lifting or moving of heavy objects or materials. May require sitting for long periods of time.
