Reliance Well Services, LLC is currently seeking Frac Hand Operators to join its Allen, Kentucky team. We are looking for hard working, career-oriented individuals interested in personal and professional growth and a family sustaining income.

Job Duties will include the following:

* Driving to/from locations & spending extended periods of time outside

* Capable of walking in deep mud and uneven terrain

* Lifting of hoses and frac iron during rig-up or rig-down

* Climbing on trucks to operate, train, or help with repairs

* Maintaining a clean & safe work environment

* Communicating effectively with supervisor about all equipment issues is a MUST

Job Requirements:

* Applicants must have valid driver's license and be capable of driving large vocational trucks.

*CDL endorsement(s) is not immediately required but will become mandatory.

*Year-round outdoor job in all conditions.

*Occasionally strenuous work requiring heavy lifting and carrying.

*Some mechanical aptitude will be helpful but not necessary.

*Good communication skills helpful.

*Respect for others and for equipment.

*Starting at $17/hour (w/out CDL) up to $18/hour (w/CDL or once CDL obtained), depending on experience.
