Role responsibilities
- Work with 3rd parties to deliver and maintain group applications, with additional focus on financial systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within various business areas via the means of software changes and implementation.
- Maintain base level cross-functional knowledge across the entire application landscape, understand how applications communicate with each other.
- Provide training and support to staff across the organization when necessary.
- Provide ownership and support around smaller group SaaS applications in various business areas.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the finance application integration area, understand connecting systems and high-level architecture.
Key Skills
- Good grasp of data manipulation via tools such as Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and interconnectivity.
- Capability to draft up technical requirement gathering documents.
- Low code systems development knowledge or basics of programming. (Optional)
Education & Experience
- 1-3 years of finance ERP experience – SAP preferred.
- 1-3 years of general IT systems support.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience – in accounting or IT.
- Experience delivering small to medium scale projects.
- Experience working with stakeholders at varying seniority levels.
- Proven experience delivering projects across multiple regions and different cultural settings.
