Responsibilities
- Provide dignified and compassionate support to patients
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including dressing, feeding, ambulating, and transferring safely
- Help patients with personal care tasks such as oral hygiene and bathing
- Monitor and record food intake, as well as urinary and fecal output, to collaborate effectively with medical and nursing staff
- Process information from various professionals and collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and nurses
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to safety and infection control protocols
- Verifiable Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification
- Onsite positions necessitate full Covid vaccination for all medical staff
- Documentation of a physical health exam conducted within the last 12 months
- Negative TB test results from the past 12 months
- BLS or CPR Certification
- Reliability, dependability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with minimal supervision and schedule flexibility.
