Primary Responsibilities

• This is a full-time position directly supporting the corporate operations team in daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned. Tasks will be heavily focused on issuing, tracking, and executing subcontracts, as well as completing associated monthly deliverables. This could include purchasing of materials and services, program finance basics, and general office administration. The right candidate will be able to quickly pick up responsibilities and ensure compliance with company and Government standards.
• Prepare and issue/execute subcontract plans, requests for information/quote/proposal and subcontract awards to obtain goods and services in support of programs and organizational objectives.
• Utilize appropriate internal resources, monitor, manage and control cost and performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead and assist in the preparation, transmission and monitoring of correspondence relating to contractual obligations and ensure completion and maintenance of contract files responding timely to all contractual reporting requirements and deliverables.
• Support and interface with internal organizations (Finance, Engineering, Executive Leadership, Operations, Pricing) in the daily administration and proposal process.

Requirements & Desired Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Government Subcontracting.
• Experience with submission of deliverables to Government and Defense Contractors.
• Experience with basic program finance tasks and understanding of general Government contracting procedures.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance.
