Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries
- Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgment of new/ departing donors
- Work closely with management and the communications team to prepare and send accurate and engaging donor communications
- Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events - including planning, logistics, and on-the-day support Keep up with
- Be in charge of the overall upkeep of the donor database, including internal training and support for colleagues to ensure accurate inputting (after receiving training yourself).
- Assist the fundraising team in ensuring that team tasks are correctly prioritized and deadlines are met by administering data inputting, amendments, running reports, and creating data queries as needed.
- Stay current on fundraising initiatives and news from all sectors.
- Incorporate new ideas and initiatives into the role while taking responsibility for the work.
- Enthusiasm and drive for fundraising for a great cause are required; experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
