Responsibilities:
Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences to identify the perfect property for them
Guide clients through the home buying and selling process, ensuring they are fully informed and educated at each step
Leverage technology and market insight to provide exceptional service to clients
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and clients through networking and lead generation activities
Attend weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-one meetings to stay informed and engaged with the team
Participate in team building events and client appreciation events
Utilize the resources provided by New Home Team of Maryland, including the in-house transaction coordinator, inside sales assistant, legal counsel, and property management services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the real estate market to provide the best possible service to clients
Requirements:
Active Maryland Real Estate License
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
