REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior commercial facility maintenance, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical and/or general construction experience preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Valid Driver’s License – clean driving record
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints, a plus
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Must have own hand tools
• Must maintain a professional appearance, friendly and positive attitude
• Must possess the ability to communicate with customers, dispatch and management both verbally and written.
