We are currently looking for a Dispatcher in the Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas. Take ownership of your future and grow with our employee-owned company!

The position will work closely with Department Managers, Technicians, and various internal positions to handle all duties as assigned.

  • Monday-Friday day shift – 7:00am-4:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor email throughout the day and address urgent messages in a timely manner.
  • Schedule & Dispatch technicians throughout the day as techs call in after completing each call.
  • Review follow up calls for possible dispatching.
  • Contact stores for any scheduled work to set up dates/times.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 1-3 years office administrative experience required
  • Dispatching experience preferred
  • Knowledge of skilled trades is a plus
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Must have high level of organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with a high volume of work with tight deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and other software
