Immediate 1st Shift Temp-to-Hire Help Desk Technician Job in Clive, IA!

Pay : $18.00-$19.00 / Hour

Hours : 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm, Monday- Friday

Duties :

• Answering incoming calls and asking questions to determine the problem
• Troubleshooting complex profile and set-u issues
• Problem solve over the phone with the customer
• Escalating the call to the appropriate tech to resolve the issue
• Working in a small call center 6-10 co-employees

Requirements :

• No less than 2 years previous call center experience, help desk preferred
• MS Office knowledge (MS word & MS Excell)
• Mechanically or technologically savvy
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Learning new software systems quickly
• Ability to navigate between multiple Customer Tracking / Inventory software
• Train on assembly lines / product / machines to assist in troubleshooting
