Description
- Position : Full-time, Retail Associate
- Locations available : Ala Moana, Kaimuki, Mapunapuna, Pearl City, Kaneohe, Waipahu

- Pay : $14.00 per hour

Job Duties :
- Operate the cash register system to complete sales transactions, handle cash, and follow established procedures.
- Greet, welcome, and assist customers with their shopping needs, providing information on store promotions and policies.
- Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise according to store guidelines.
- Perform custodial services to maintain store cleanliness.
- Meet productivity standards for replenishing inventory on the sales floor.
- Assist with the movement of merchandise within the facility.
- Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide donor receipts.
- Track and record donations, maintaining accurate daily counts.
- Monitor and report potential shoplifters or vandals to store management.
- Serve as a company ambassador, explaining the mission to the community.

- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally maneuver wheeled containers weighing up to 300 lbs.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment in working with people.

- Basic mathematical skills for handling money.
