Direct hire, up to $100K salary with benefits and bonus available
Must have 5 years of warehouse management experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Job Duties include :
- Oversee warehouse operations for online order fulfillment, ensure client satisfaction, and be direct point of contact for customers.
- Manage the operation’s P&L, oversight of logistics and process improvements.
- Ensure safety program success and OSHA compliance
- Ensure Quality in shipping process
- Oversee regional sorting, drive operations, coach and mentor direct reports and staff
- Implement new policies and processes as needed
