GENERAL OVERVIEW:

As the Program Liaison, you will be instrumental in ensuring every Remedy Place guest feels valued, understood, and supported on their health and wellness journey. Serving as an evaluation administrator, educator and program creator, you will tailor wellness experiences for members and extend premium services to guests. By bridging the gap between our esteemed medical professionals and our guests' day-to-day needs, you will uphold our commitment to excellence and personalized care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Educate and Develop Custom Programs: Tailor wellness programs for members and offer premium services to non-members.

  • Serve as the Middle Person: Act as the intermediary between members, the Remedy Place team, and doctors, ensuring seamless communication and integration of services.
  • Deliver White-Glove Service: Provide exceptional, above-and-beyond care and follow-up for all members, embodying the Remedy Place ethos of excellence and personalized attention.
  • Member Journey: Facilitate the member's journey from sign-up through continuous engagement, including initial consultations, program design, and regular check-ins to adapt and refine their wellness pathway.

  • Program Design and Consultation: Utilize an in-depth member questionnaire to inform program creation, addressing everything from health goals and stressors to lifestyle preferences and professional demands. Offer comprehensive assessment suites and executive assessments tailored to member needs, including movement screening, VO2 max testing, and functional medicine programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Administer and interpret VO2 max examinations.

  • Coordinate blood work to correlate and create individualized supplementation plans.
  • Conduct movement screenings to analyze muscle imbalances, mobility assessments, and range of motion discrepancies.
  • Design personalized programs for Remedy members
  • Lead member onboarding, providing education to tailor powerful wellness experiences.
  • Work closely with the Member Relationship Manager to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate care and follow-up with members post-visit.
  • Ensure effective follow-up care based on provider requests, member status, and visit requirements.
  • Provide exceptional levels of care across member experiences.
  • Collaborate with doctors across services to drive excellent care and service.

  • Answer member questions to provide necessary tools and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferred.

  • Experience with VO2 max testing and interpretation, nutrition, and supplementation.
  • Strong background in anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry.
  • 3 years of client care experience; hospitality experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving projects from concept to execution.
  • Ability to deliver white-glove, high-touch, personalized service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for health and wellness, commitment to excellence.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.
