JOB OBJECTIVE

The Senior Sales Representative will spearhead our strategic expansion in the private sector, playing a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth by tapping into the enterprise market.

This individual will be instrumental in positioning us as a trusted partner for Fortune 500 companies, capitalizing on our deep expertise to deliver compelling solutions.

Responsibilities encompass identifying and cultivating qualified leads, crafting innovative solutions tailored to enterprise needs, and securing significant contracts with key decision-makers across large organizations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Prospect and acquire new clients in the private sector, particularly Fortune 500 companies, through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their IT needs and effectively present Centex Technologies' solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams including technical experts and project managers to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
  4. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for business growth.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management on pipeline status and sales forecasts.
  6. Attend relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

WORK STATUS, SCHEDULE, TRAVEL

Full-time

  • Schedule will be determined by the contract requirements. Expected schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am -5p, (1 hour lunch)
  • Some weekends, holidays and flexible scheduling may be required.
  • Travel as required to meet company and contract needs.
Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience selling IT services and data warehouse solutions to private sector clients, preferably including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
