Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Event Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing event logistics, provide excellent customer service, and support the overall execution of events. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event equipment and backdrops.
• Must love working with children
• Must pass a background check.
• Provide outstanding customer service to event attendees and clients.
• Manage on-site logistics to ensure smooth event operations.
• Help coordinate event schedules and timelines.
• Support the sales and distribution of photos at events.
• Learn and assist with basic photography tasks as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and ready for use.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure each event runs efficiently and meets client expectations.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and logistical skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to learn basic photography skills (training will be provided).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous event management or customer service experience is a plus.
