Job Summary:
REMG (Real Estate Management Group) is looking for a full time on-site property manager at Hidden Lakes Apartments in Macon, GA. At least 2 years multifamily housing experience is required. Self motivated and organized persons are encouraged to apply. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• managing budgets and tracking accounts of the property
• attracting new tenants through advertising
• property viewings
• encouraging referrals
• interviewing tenants and running credit checks
• setting rental rates and enforcing lease agreements
• addressing tenant complaints
• inspecting vacated units, contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
• collecting rent and dealing with late payments
• handling operating expenses
• maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
• preparing financial performance of properties
• terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings
• account for all payroll for all employees on the property
