ReMilNet is Hiring an Acquisition Analyst/Product Line Coordinator Near Stafford, VA

**This is a hybrid position with an average of 2 days a week onsite. **
ReMilNet, LLC is seeking a qualified Acquisition Analyst/Product Line Coordinator to support the Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (PEO-MLB) Logistics Integrated Information Solutions – Marine Corps (PMW 230) Program Office. LI2S-MC supports new and deployed logistics technologies across the Marine Corps.
This position requires a motivated, team player with a detail driven personality that works well supporting a diverse staff across multiple functional areas and locations. This position will work with both government and contractor staff. Individuals must be able to collaborate, present, and disseminate technical and non-technical information to peers, customers, and external agencies as required.
Position Duty Overview:
  • Support the program in successfully accomplishing objectives by providing support to Assistant Program Managers (APMs), Task Leads, and Product Owners.
  • Coordinate and support facilitation/hosting IPT and Working Group meetings, participation in daily scrum meetings, and support technical documentation/system reviews.
  • Utilize Agile best practices to support documenting and tracking user stories and associated change requests from identification through closure. This may include managing daily stand up meetings, tracking backlog status, tracking and updating change requests, and development of reports.
  • Work with Task Lead and Product Owners to track configuration management activities such as change requests, documentation, and associated schedules.
  • Perform program analyst tasks across multiple efforts simultaneously, identify schedule conflicts within and between efforts, and develop options to deconflict.
  • Support Functional Lanes Product Owners with Change Requests documentation and tracking. 
  • Coordinate and assist the Government with monitoring performance and progress against plans, baselines, system performance standards, and requirements.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of internal and external Program Management Reviews and briefings.
  • Daily and weekly duties include: updates to CR / sprint / scrum efforts; coordinating with product lane teams to ensure all planned events are executed to schedule; generate reports, briefings and presentations of all product lane activities
  • Assist with development and management of agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, and capturing/tracking action items to closure.
  • Provide other programmatic support as identified.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in IT and technical efforts supporting DoD technology programs.
  • Preferred experience in configuration management activities.
  • Preferred experience in supporting Agile software development projects.
  • Minimum Secret Security Clearance.
