Remnant Management Inc. is Hiring a Site Manager Near Columbus, NC

We are looking for a Site Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complex under the supervision of the Director of Operations. The position is trainable but property management experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property
  • Process prospective tenant applications
  • Manage tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level
  • File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants

Skills

  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Customer focus and bottom line orientation
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Property management experience is a plus but not required as the position is trainable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
