Our staff comprises exceptionally talented team members who bring these clients' meaningful messages to life. We are looking to hire a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Director. This position manages the social strategies for all assigned client work related to social media, influencer relations and digital outreach. This role is also responsible for ensuring that campaigns and posts execute as planned on designated platforms with utmost accuracy, which includes occasional weekend and evening work. The person in this role must have excellent grammar and writing skills as well as an authentic brand voice. Responsibilities Of This Role
Develop a vision and approach for social media and influencer marketing for a variety of organizations and audiences.
Oversee, direct, and/or execute influencer research, activation and campaign execution, influencer network nurturing activities and events, and reporting and analytics for influencer marketing efforts.
Manage team and client relationships.
Identify emerging opportunities and trends in the influencer marketing space and evolve strategy and tactics to stay ahead.
Oversee, direct, and/or execute strategy planning, asset creation, content publishing, engagement, and reporting and analytics for social media efforts.
Develop new business/client opportunities for the agency
Work with strategy, creative, earned and paid media and analytics teams to ensure the success of client objectives.
Manage and report on team results and budgets.
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or partnerships, such as experience in influencer, celebrity, communications, marketing and/or social media experience
Highly effective communication skills and excellent diplomacy
Comfortable navigating the complexities of a busy agency with many clients
Must have a good handle on current trending influencers and culture
Comprehensive understanding of all social platforms
