German Customer Service Representative
- Remote Location: Fully Remote (anywhere in the UK) Permanent £22,808 per annum with progression to £23.5k ( monthly Bonus Opportunities) Client Profile: Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leader in Finance sector. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis Monday to Friday fully remote. Key Purpose The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls daily basis to ensure a top quality service for existing and new clientele. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having expert product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Answering & making calls from existing and new clients Proactively dealing with all queries relating to the business Taking payments Liaising with Collections Management, Sales/Service Management, Billing, Finance, Dispute and Legal teams Managing email queries A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer Demonstration extensive knowledge on all our product ranges Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C Account management Translating customer correspondence Project Management Timely escalation management (internal & external) Personal Specification The successful candidate for the customer service representative position, will have the following competences: German fluent to business level Empathetic Self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential Computer literacy A passion to deliver the highest quality for our clients customers Negotiation skills & conflict resolution Dispute resolution Delivers expected results, meets KPI’s Project management Sufficient mathematical knowledge, required for their particular role There are 2 shift patters available: Shift Patterns (37.5 Hours per week)
- Monday – Friday The core business hours are 8:00am – 8:00pm (business hours of operation; both early and late shifts required) of which you will be doing 1 of these shifts, just to clarify you will not be working form 8 till 8. Early shift: 8.00am
- 4.30pm or Late shift: 12pm
