About the role:This role delivers quality care to patients on Oscar's platforms via phone and messaging. This role will serve as a supervising physician to other Advanced Practice Providers.
You will report into the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.

This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note, this list of states is subject to change.
Pay Transparency:The base pay for this role is: $99 - $149 per hour.
$200 per APP per month for APP Supervision duties.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations
- Provide medical care virtually (both by phone and message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Board-certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Must be licensed in TN & MO
- 3 years experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice
- 2 years of Telemedicine experience
- Compact physician license
- Fluent in Spanish
- Licensed in OMG states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, TX, VA
- Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
