Position: Account Executive
Location: REMOTE
Pay: 50,000 commission

Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with all potential customers and understand their purchasing processes
- Determine customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Develop & maintain a thorough knowledge of all C C & D’s products and services
- Meet or exceed sales revenue & profitability goals; maintain minimum quota expectations
- Respond to all leads and inquiries in a professional manner and timely basis
- Complete all activities required to meet KPIs: Cold Calls, Appointments, Proposals, Etc.
- Prepare and deliver professional quality presentations and proposals
- Complete all transactional documents and reports in an accurate and professional manner
- Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends
- Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review sales activities, forecasts, and status of business in progress
- Utilize efficient time and territory management skills
- Maintain clear and concise records of all pertinent business data collected
- Assist in training and installations as needed
- Utilize Social Media to promote yourself and C C & D in an appropriate, ethical, and professional manner that reflects the values of C C & D
- Thoroughly understand C C & D Mission & Values and act in accordance
- Other related duties, as assigned
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite software
- Ability to manage and utilize a CRM program efficiently and on a timely basis
- Must be organized with the ability to optimize time and territory management
- Possess basic business mathematical skills and advanced (technical) reading skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Must be able to set and meet deadlines and business obligations
- A willingness to continue learning in regard to sales skills and applicable industry knowledge
- The ability to work well independently and with minimal supervision
- Hold a Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record; able to meet C C & D standards of safe driving
- Must pass a basic background check and other required pre-employment testing
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must reside within a reasonable commute to your assigned territory
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. safely and without assistance
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, as well as be able to kneel, bend, squat, sit and twist
- Must be able to enter/work at all potential customer sites including government/military facilities, gaming institutions, bars & restaurants
