Experienced Appointment Setter Representative: We are looking for candidates seeking a stable job, in a friendly, professional, and high-energy environment. If you have experience selling over the phone and can convert inbound calls into appointments, this is the perfect job for you! You'd also be a great fit for this role if you have customer service experience that was performed over the phone.
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or client-facing role,
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and database management.
  • Organizational Skills: Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Proven experience in managing clients' calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Qualified candidates are energetic and enthusiastic, you must be able to communicate very clearly and effectively over the phone.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule sales appointments for our valued service clients which are most often accounting firms
  • Communicate updates, marketing directives and opportunities for positive change directly with our service clients
