Job DescriptionJob Description
Need someone ideally who knows details of pros and cons for a wide range of bioinformatics tools and database so the candidate can come up with solution and summarize well about the findings in data analysis and knows how to use advanced data science such as graph will be a plus. We are not looking for someone to build bioinformatics pipelines and run data processing.
This role could be either Remote or Onsite.
This would require proficiency in working with bulk and single cells NGS data, bioinformatics databases including PPI, CRISPR, Proteomics, or Metabolome.
Must be very strong with Data Analysis. Multi Model Data Analysis.
Must have Programming experience Python, R for bioinformatics data analysis..
Must have experience with NGS.
2- 3 years of industry experience of bioinformatics data analysis.
Great to have good understanding of Cancer Biology, Metabolisms & Immunology.
Experience in a related scientific discipline (Genomics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics and Biological Science preferred).
Focus on PhD candidates..
2 Rounds of interview.
