Empower your team
Manage day to day operations of local play space/office
Design and implement treatment plans
Direct supervision and oversight of BCBA Trainees, Lead RBTs, and RBTs
Maintain meaningful collaborative relationships with community professionals
Attend weekly/bi-weekly and as-needed meetings with National Director and Leadership Team
Conduct scheduled reviews of operation integrity

Monitor client authorization utilization and cancellation rates

Have knowledge of contemporary technologies, including Zoom, Gmail, Google Documents, Google Spreadsheets, and Microsoft applications
Basic and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Assist clients with adaptive equipment as necessary
Adapt to various physical postures for extended durations
Manual dexterity for tech and device operations
Education
Master's Degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field with a Master's Certificate of ABA Course Sequence
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Obtain an 8-hour supervision certification
Experience
At least 2 years as a BCBA
Supervision of RBTs for a minimum of 1 year
A minimum of 4 years in the field of ABA or working with children with autism/disabilities
At least 1 year of experience in parent education
Additional Qualifications
Authorization to work in the U.S
Reliable transportation, active driver's license, and auto insurance
Successful background check
Maintain CPR and First Aid certification
Provide and maintain updated immunization records.
