The RL Insurance Agency, an independent insurance agency is seeking full-time customer service representative. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Answer phones, take payments, answer policy questions, make policy changes
- Provide information about the products and services
- Provide friendly, energetic customer service
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Dedicated professional ethics and commitment to success
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communications skills (written, verbal and active listening)
- Excellent organizations & prioritization skills
- Ability to think like the customer and financial professional, with a passion to deliver top quality service.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Active listening skills
