Location: Remote
What you will do:
- Receive inbound calls from, and make outbound calls to, consumers in need of Medicare Health Plans and other Insurance products.
- Build rapport and establish a personalized relationship with your customers in order to better understand their needs and make tailored product recommendations.
- Ensure accurate recording of customer information in our CRM and enrollment tools.
- Follow-up with recent enrollees and existing membership in order to improve member experiences and contribute to higher retention rates.
- Exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest of ethical and compliance standards.
- Create a differentiated consumer experience, as measured by best-in-class member retention rates and Net Promoter Scores.
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment (Insurance sales or customer service is preferred).
- An active health and life insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- A dedicated work space at home, lacking interruptions and with the ability to protect PHI and HIPAA information.
- A dedicated, reliable internet connection, free from competing usage that can impact phone audio quality.
