Responsibilities

- Improve sales of all lines, retention, cross-sell ratio and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in community events, as necessary.
- Market to realtors, mortgage brokers, and other centers of influence.
- P&C Insurance License
- The ability to conduct needs-based consulting, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions, and writing proposals.
- A track record of success in consultative, solutions-oriented sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Presenting proposals, closing deals, and the ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
- Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- A team-player approach and a can-do attitude
- Bi-Lingual a plus
