IT / Systems Engineering / IT InfrastructureIT - Senior Systems Engineer (Hybrid WFH)Up to $95,000 to start plus full company-sponsored benefitsHybrid WFH - 3 in office and 2 WFH days per weekJobGiraffe's client is a specialist in Managed IT ServicesAs Senior Systems Engineer, you will:
- Provide a combination of onsite and remote support for clients
- Design, implement and manage IT solutions that meet clients needs
- Manage multiple client project simultaneously
- Assist with project planning and budgeting processes
- Maintain and upgrade system infrastructure at customer locations
- Create SOPs and administer project documentation
- Offer advanced/escalated helpdesk support
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At least 5 years of Systems Engineering / Systems Engineer / Systems Infrastructure experience
- Experience with network, cloud, virtual environments, backups and VoIP system
- Experience with Fortinet Cybersecurity products
- Proficiency with VMware and vCloud Director
- Windows Server OS experience with Active Directory
- MS Office 365 and Azure experience
- A Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Fortinet NSE 4 Certification
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
