Title : Licensed Healthcare Insurance AgentLocation : Remote , USAClient : TTECBase wage of $18 per hour.Seasonal stipend of an additional $3 per hour (July 15th to December 15th), raising the pay to $21/hour.Monthly performance bonuses, with potential earnings up to $28/hour during the season.Key Responsibilities

- Assist Customers: Help individuals understand their coverage and select the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
- Full Lifecycle Customer Service and Sales: Handle inbound calls or make outbound follow-up calls to provide comprehensive support.
- Respond with Compassion: Address customer inquiries with active listening and select the best solutions efficiently.
- Identify and Upsell: Recognize additional needs customers may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services.
- Health Insurance License: Must have a current health insurance license in your state of residence.
- Sales Experience: At least six (6) months of sales experience.
- HIPAA Compliance: Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
