We are aggressively expanding and seeking hungry and motivated Loan Officers to join our dynamic team. As an LO with F5 Mortgage, you will have access to live inbound leads, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive team that is dedicated to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Handle live inbound leads and convert them into closed loans.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze clients’ financial situations to determine suitable loan products.
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure a smooth loan process.
- Stay informed about the latest mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
- Licensed to originate loans in at least one of the states where F5 Mortgage is licensed (preferred).
