As a Benefits Rep/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients regarding their benefit plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on benefit plans
- Assist clients in enrolling or making changes to their benefit plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using company software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in benefit plans
- Prior experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
