- Make contact and make offers with real estate seller leads over the phone.
- Convert verbal acceptances into written agreements.
- Help property owners make decisions while achieving company goals.
- Learn to manage & hire others as a team leader
- Build Trust with sellers over the phone.
- Handle negotiations and objections.
- Build rapport and explain the benefits of selling to us vs. a Realtor.
- Personal computer with reliable high-speed internet and headset.
- Learn company goals, ideal seller profile, and seller contract walk-throughs.
- Develop a success plan and ongoing training.
- Learn to manage and train others.
- Great communicator and people person.
- Savvy, resourceful, and reliable.
