Looking for a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California!Employment Type: Full-time, RemoteSalary Range: $120,000 to $130,000What we are looking for:We are seeking a LMFT, LCSW or LPCC to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns and promoting overall well-being. What you’ll do:
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients to address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues via telehealth
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with behavioral challenges
- Offer mental health counseling and therapy sessions tailored to individual needs
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field.
- Active Clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
- Must have at least 2-4 years of experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.
- Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients.
- Know how to use telehealth in counseling
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines for social work practice
- Ability to provide mental health counseling in a compassionate and effective manner
