- Develop customized insurance plans to meet clients' specific requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Must have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Proven experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficient with online sales tools and CRM systems/ training available
- Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service
