We are seeking skilled LPCs to deliver exceptional care through telehealth platforms, ensuring our clients receive the support they need from the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver effective therapy.
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy.
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and significant others, using communication skills to engage them in treatment.
- Implement and review treatment plans.
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Create a positive and productive work environment through organization, assessments, and feedback.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Master’s Degree required.
- Active LPC or LCSW license in Texas.
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
- Skilled in working with adult, child, and adolescent populations.
- Familiarity with community mental health resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop mutual trust and rapport with patients.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Proficient in telehealth technology and comfortable with virtual counseling platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of client care.
