In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting consultative sales calls developing quotes
• Building relationships with potential clients through inbound lead sources (no cold calling)
• Proactively closing leads
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Contributing to the development and growth of our elite sales team

We offer:

• Base Salary uncapped commissions

1. Base Salary : $45,000
2. Performance-Based Increase : After 2-4 months, base salary increases to $60,000
3. Uncapped Commissions : Significant earning potential with no cap on commissions
4. Total Potential Earnings : Opportunity to earn up to $150,000 per year based on performance
