About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Product Advancement. This executive role is pivotal in driving the success of the product organization both externally and internally. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Chief Product Officer, ensuring the team is aligned and working cohesively to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities include leading organizational and executive rhythms, managing special projects, and overseeing the operations of the executive Product Advancement Group team. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in strategic planning, influencing others towards action, and maintaining a strong flow of information to and from the CPO.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of work experience, with a background in product development, business planning, and budget management. They should possess strong leadership, influence, and project management skills and be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The role requires the ability to challenge the status quo, adapt quickly to change, and handle confidential information with discretion. The Chief of Staff will be a trusted strategic advisor, driving talent development initiatives and representing the product advancement team in various activities, including M&A. A solid alignment with the company's core values and behaviors is essential, as the position is highly visible and demands a role model for the organization.
