DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Jr. Work-From-Home Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Working from the comfort of your home, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers, offering solutions and assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer problems, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer service.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Adherence to Policies: Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of service quality.
  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to team targets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, chat software, and CRM systems.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
