Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, chat software, and CRM systems.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
