YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SOLAR SALES MANAGER
You will work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
As our Solar Sales Manager, you will be tasked with recruiting and hiring, ensuring the best talents join our team. Then, you'll dive into training and development, leading engaging sessions that empower our team with new skills and strategies. With energy and enthusiasm, you manage the sales team, offering guidance and celebrating their successes. Finally, you handle performance and reporting, analyzing key metrics and preparing insightful reports that drive future strategies. In your role, you seamlessly navigate leadership, activity, and impactful decisions.
