WORK SCHEDULE:
As a full-time Solar Services Coordinator - Office Admin, you'll enjoy a consistent schedule, working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with the work-life balance you desire.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SOLAR SERVICES COORDINATOR - OFFICE ADMIN:
You'll be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they connect with us. Your mornings will often involve welcoming inquiries, expertly scheduling appointments, and providing the warm and knowledgeable voice that sets the stage for their solar journey. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with our solar installation team, ensuring that projects are running smoothly.
One of your critical responsibilities is managing our project documentation, keeping meticulous records, and generating valuable reports that enable our teams to excel. You'll collaborate closely with clients, ensuring they're always in the loop on project timelines and updates.
As an admin pro, you'll keep our office running like a well-oiled machine, tackling administrative tasks with ease, handling data entry, and maintaining office supplies. With your excellent communication skills, you'll coordinate with the sales, installation, and customer support teams to provide our customers with a top-notch experience.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A SOLAR SERVICES COORDINATOR - OFFICE ADMIN:
  • 3 years of admin or office experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with solar project management processes and methodologies
  • Ability to generate solutions to field installation problems
  • Ability to uphold policies in the company handbook
  • A reliable source of transportation to and from work
