Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls scheduling appointments, updating logs, dispatching.
- Respond to emails. Escalating when necessary.
- Utilize Microsoft office (Must be proficient in excel spreadsheets.).
- Other duties assigned.
- Be in commuting distance to Reno, NV.
- Minimum Typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to details
- Experience in the transportation/logistics industry preferred, but not required.
- AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.
