Job DescriptionMUST have Medical Records, EMR, or ROI EXPERINCE and experience MUST BE LISTED ON RESUME FOR CONISDERATIONPay rate: $18 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Fully Onsite in Salt Lake City, UTResponsibilities:
Navigate various provider EMR and file systems to retrieve all required elements of a medical chart for patient list
Meet required metrics for your role (CPH – Charts Per Hour)
Maintain the highest standards of Confidentiality to safeguard and protect Patient’s Rights, comply with all company/facilities policies, and HIPPAA regulations
Receive incoming calls pertaining to medical record requests
Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled
Job Requirements:
MUST have Medical Records, EMR, or ROI EXPERINCE
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Administrative experience in a medical office setting; previous release of information, medical records, or other related experience in a healthcare environment
